Automated Phone Protector
This unit was developed to fill the spectrum of requirements necessary for complete telephone security. Eavesdropping devices are becoming more and more sophisticated. Many telephone bugs are now undetectable by conventional methods. The unit features: Mask/Defeats: Low and high impedance devices, tape recorder activator, direct taps, extension phones, lineman handsets, inductive pick-up, radio transmitters. Protects you From: Hookswitch bypasses, infinity devices and internal modifications. Shuts Off: By means of the "Line Balance System"', devices that are voltage controlled are shut off by increasing the voltage spread between the phone line while reducing the line current. Audio Line Listen: Your unit will perform an "Audio Line Listen" to indicate the presence of audible speech or information on the phone line. The balance control will allow an on-hook line listen while your secure telephone is actually off-hook. With the balance switch on, rotate the balance control fully clockwise. This will disconnect the dial tone and allow a quiet line for monitoring of any audio present from other possible modified telephones or devices connected to the same line. The unit is electronically isolated for maximum protection from tampering. (Fully automated)
